Chatel is a very picturesque resort on the French side of the French/Swiss border, not unlike Morzine in its appearance.

The village has become one of the main ski resorts in the Portes du Soleil, while still managing to keep much of its original charm.

Everything about the resort is traditional and is ideal for families, with the added bonus of a few bars, restaurants and a nightclub for those who want the option of a few nights out.

The normal transfer time from Geneva Airport to Chatel is around 1 hour and a half, but can take longer at peak times.
