Hassle Free Covid-19 Guarantee

To protect our customers from last minute government regulation changes affecting holiday bookings, in 2020 Ski-Lifts announced the Hassle Free Covid-19 Guarantee. This guarantee means that in the event that an official Government or Local Authority-imposed restriction, sanction or ruling related to COVID 19 epidemic results in you being denied access to your route or destination, we will refund your transfer cost or help you change / defer your transfer dates and times, up to the day before travel.

Managing your booking

Additionally, Ski-Lifts continues to provide customer full flexibility in managing their bookings and the ability to change or cancel their booking for free 7 days before departure up to 3pm on that day outside of corona-related reasons. You can usually make changes to your booking by visiting our website and logging on to your account using the login details you received within your confirmation email. While bookings can always be amended at least 7 days prior to the day travel, many of our suppliers are happy to accept amendments made up to 72 hours prior to the day of travel. If you have any concerns making adjustments to your booking, contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
