Venice Train Station Transfer

train arrival logo

Venice has three train stations. Those three stations are Mestra (which technically is not Venice as it is before the Lagoon), Porto Maghera (the industrial station) and Santa Lucia (everyone). The three stations are necessary to support local commuters, exports and the sheer volume of inbound tourists all year round. Most people, for their ski holiday travel planning, will aim to start their ski resort journey at Venezia Santa Lucia Stazione. Although it takes a little longer getting the vaporetta or a water taxi, it is a bit safer than Venice Mestra station, which has been known to be rough for tourists, especially at night. We have calculated our ski transfer times based on driver averages from Santa Lucia train station.

A Venice to Cortina transfer is the preferred choice for most skiers and snowboarders, which takes about 2hrs 15mins mins to get to.

A transfer from Venice train station offers:

Cost effective, vetted alternative to local taxis, a team that also understand ski transfers

Reassurance that your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive at Venice village railway station

Peace of mind of travelling directly to your ski resort from Venice train station

All Ski-Lifts train station transfers from the three Venice train stations / Staziones to surrounding ski resorts can be booked online using the quote generator above, with instant confirmation of your booking.
