What address should I give for my accommodation?

For private and shared door-to-door transfers, please provide the full address of your hotel, chalet, or apartment, including the street name, building number, and apartment number, where applicable. Your driver will use these details to arrange your drop-off and return pick-up.

Scheduled shuttle transfers operate to designated central drop-off and pick-up points rather than individual accommodation addresses. Your accommodation details are therefore not required for these services, even if you have entered them during booking.

If you’re staying in a car-free ski resort, your transfer will drop you off and collect you from the designated vehicle-accessible point, rather than directly at your accommodation.

Important: Please check your booking confirmation and transfer details at least 2 days (48 hours) before travel, including your accommodation address or designated pick-up and drop-off points.

Incorrect or incomplete accommodation details may affect your transfer. Ski-Lifts and our transfer providers cannot accept responsibility for errors in the information supplied during booking.
