How much luggage can I bring on the transfer?

Two pieces of luggage are free of charge as part of the standard baggage allowance:

• One suitcase or holdall: Maximum total dimensions of 160 cm (length + width + height).
• One piece of hand luggage.

All luggage must be clearly labelled with your name and destination address.

Extra or oversized luggage, including skis, snowboards, bikes, golf clubs and mobility equipment, must be declared when booking so we can ensure there is sufficient space in your transfer vehicle.

Items exceeding the standard allowance may be subject to additional charges or refused if they haven’t been declared and agreed in advance.

For sports equipment size limits, please see our FAQ: Can I bring skis, bikes, golf clubs or other sports equipment?

Important: Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Ski-Lifts and our transfer providers cannot accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen items.
