Borovets Airport Transfers
Borovets, in Bulgaria is one of the oldest ski resorts around and can trace its tourism history back to the late nineteenth century. However in those days it was a hunting lodge for Bulgarian aristocracy, rather than a base skiers and snowboarders from across Europe.
Borovets is the biggest and most modern of Bulgaria’s ski resorts, and the resort is situated at 1300 meters, with the pistes stretching up to 2600 meters.
Borovets is a great resort for beginners with internationally renowned instructors, who generally speak excellent English. Intermediates are well catered for with plenty of blue and red runs. And while there isn’t quite so much for experts, there are some great off piste runs which are worth seeking out.
Borovets’ après and nightlife can be both lively or relaxed, with plenty of choice. As well as being famous for being a lot cheaper than the equivalent alpine bars, the staff are very friendly and professional.
