Breckenridge is an American ski resort with 155 individual pistes and 32 ski lifts. Although the proportion of black runs available compared to blue and green runs might appear intimidating to less experienced skiers, Breckenridge is an excellent resort for all ability levels.
Starting at Peak 9, right next to the resort, a third of the terrain is dedicated to beginners and intermediates. The terrain is extensive, and linking to Peak 10, Peak 8, and Peak 7 is effortless if you want to step up your level and swish on intermediate and more advanced runs.
Aside from the diamond black powder bowls, Breckenridge’s skiing is a level below the treeline and suits all skiers’ standards. Despite the abundance of black runs, this resort is well-rounded and caters to other less experienced skiers. You can also ski in the High Alpine to test your skiing skills.
