Skiing in Davos
Davos Klosters is one of the largest ski resorts in Switzerland. Giving you direct access to 300km of downhill skiing, 85 individual pistes and 56 ski lifts – Davos has pistes standing above 2500m, which means snow coverage is assured throughout the whole season.
Davos was the first resort in Switzerland to open the first sport high school in 1997. For the avid skier, Davos is a resort that takes its sports seriously. The trails above Davos comprised of 300km are divided into six different areas. The Parsenn area being the main area and the largest one among the six… it is linked to the neighbouring resort of Klosters.
Beginners have the nursery slopes in Bolen to occupy themselves with, snowmakers guarantee that possibility.
Intermediates and Experts are better off in this resort because they have plenty of runs to access. Davos is definitely a place where snow sports are taken very seriously. Experts also have several off-piste options they can explore to entertain themselves.
