With 10km of pistes and 50km of cross-country ski trails Oberau is a fantastic place to visit. Oberau is open all through the Winter season, while it is best suited for intermediate skiers, there are lots of suitable areas for beginners and experts. The max vertical is over 900m tall.
Beginners have a plateau close to the village where they can practice and become more prominent in their skiing skills.
However, this area is best suited for both intermediate and advanced skiers. With the three main ski areas: where 77km are comprised of red runs, 32km are blue runs and another 35km are black runs, this resort is open to all skiers, whether you are just starting out or more experienced.
