St Moritz Ski Resort

St Moritz is a Swiss ski resort that gives you access to 163km of downhill skiing and 24 ski lifts.

There’s a lot happening in St Moritz.

Starting from the captivating aprés-ski activities and nightlife atmosphere to the skiable terrains, vertical drops and wonderful trails in the mountains.

Beginners will have a hard time in St Moritz – the nursery slopes and the easy runs available make up 10% of the full skiing terrain. Which makes it difficult for beginners to have an awesome learning experience. A recommendation would be to ride the Corviglia funicular and make it back to the town in one of the easy runs on top of the mountain.

Intermediates, on the other hand, have the best hand out of all the others – 70% of the skiing area in St Moritz are advanced runs. One of the best runs is the 8km long Piz Nair run to Celerina.

The remaining 20% of the runs are left to experts. It’s not as great as the intermediate-level runs but there’s still plenty to enjoy. Furthermore, experts also have the option to go off-piste, which should be exciting. To be on the safe side, bring a guide along.
