Facilities in Alta Badia
Alta Badia offers a formidable combination of 3 things: postcard scenery, world-renowned food, and abundant easy-to-intermediate slopes. This place has got it all. It’s one of the 4 valleys on the legendary Sellaronda circuit. Many hotels are award-winning for their brilliant service, excellent food, generous accommodation and eclectic taste.

There are 3 Michelin-starred restaurants in Alta Badia. Three. No other valley in the Alps can say it has food that well-renowned. You can even sample Michelin-starred food without going to the restaurants themselves—chefs offer set menus at 14 huttes across the region for you to try. Aside from this foodie goodness, the regular fare is spectacular too. Part of the secret? Ingredients are especially fresh. One restaurant brings in fresh fish from the Venetian markets every day.

In Alta Badia, food & accommodation are just as important as the slopes. Hotel & restaurant owners take special care to be whimsical with their decorations (La Perla adorns its walls with carved angels and ancient hats). Hotels are so good here that some guests look forward to occasional bad weather: the food, wellness centres, saunas, pools and views make the hotels fantastic places to spend the day without ever touching the slopes!
Since Alta Badia is a great destination for skiers of all skill levels, there’s no shortage of top-quality ski schools to help you refine your skills. Whether you prefer group classes or private lessons, you and your family will find the right place to learn skiing and snowboarding. Book your ski hire in Alta Badia.
