How to claim

Once you’ve collected points from your first transfer or from a few, and are ready to part with them, you can redeem them as a discount on your next transfer to thousands of ski resorts globally, from the Alps to resorts such as; Chamonix, Tignes, Val d’Isere, Val Thorens and more, transfers to Bansko and other Eastern European resorts and even as far as Japan and other North America resorts.

Simply

Create your order as normal and click the redeem loyalty points booking on the last booking page. You will see the value of your loyalty points on this section and you may decide to save them for a later transfer or redeem them. If the value of your loyalty points is more than your transfer, you will receive your transfer totally free!

Ski-Lifts Loyalty Points Programme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Membership
  • Open to anyone who makes at least one qualifying purchase via our website and provides accurate account details.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be cancelled.
  • We may suspend or terminate membership at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
  • By joining, you consent to the processing of your personal data for programme administration in line with our Privacy Policy
  1. Earning Points
  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases and credited after your travel is completed.
  • No Points are earned for cancelled, refunded, or unfulfilled bookings.
  • We may adjust earning rates, exclude products, or end Points accrual with reasonable notice.
  1. Redeeming Points
  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on future qualifying transfer bookings made through our website.
  • If Points exceed the booking cost, no cash refund or credit will be issued.
  • Points cannot be combined with other offers unless stated and have no cash or monetary value.
  1. Expiry & Forfeiture
  • Points have no cash value and may only be used under this programme.
  • Points expire if:
    • your account is closed; or
    • there is no qualifying purchase or redemption for 24 months.
  • We may cancel or deduct Points for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
  1. Changes & Termination
  • We may amend or withdraw the programme, its rules, or these terms at any time.
  • Updates will be published on our website. Continued participation indicates acceptance.
  • If the programme ends, unredeemed Points may be forfeited.
  1. General
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of Points properly accrued and accepted for redemption.

  • We collect and process personal data to manage your membership and Points activity.
  • Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
