Terms and Conditions – £100 Amazon Voucher Giveaway

  1. Promoter
    This prize draw is promoted by Ski-Lifts.

  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of Ski-Lifts and their immediate families are excluded from entry.

  3. Entry Period
    The competition is open to all eligible bookings made between 00:00 on 17 January and 23:59 on 31 January (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

  4. How to Enter

    • One (1) automatic entry is awarded for every qualifying booking made with Ski-Lifts during the Promotion Period.

    • Additional entries may be earned by promoting Ski-Lifts on social media, in accordance with the conditions set out in Clause 5 below.

  5. Additional Entries via Social Media

    • Additional entries are available to:

      • Customers who make a qualifying booking with Ski-Lifts during the Promotion Period (17 January – 31 January); and

      • Customers who have already made a booking with Ski-Lifts between 1 May 2025 and 16 January 2026.

    • To qualify for an additional entry, participants must:

      • Share a public post promoting Ski-Lifts January Prize draw on a supported social media platform;

      • Include the hashtags #ski_lifts_comp and #skiliftstransfers; and

      • Mention @Ski_Lifts in the post.

    • Posts must be public and remain visible for the duration of the Promotion Period.

    • Participants with private accounts may be required to provide proof of posting upon request.

    • Each qualifying social media post will count as one (1) additional entry, unless otherwise stated.

  6. Number of Prizes
    There are three (3) prizes available. Each prize consists of one £100 Amazon voucher.

  7. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Promotion Period has ended. The draw will take place within a reasonable time following 31 January.

  8. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of booking. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Ski-Lifts reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  9. Prize Details

    • Each prize is a £100 Amazon voucher.

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

    • Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion.

  10. Use of Promotional Content
    By entering the prize draw, entrants grant Ski-Lifts permission to use any content shared as part of the promotion (including social media posts) for marketing purposes across digital channels, including social media and email marketing, without time limitation.

  11. Limitation of Liability
    Ski-Lifts accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons.
    Ski-Lifts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.

  12. General

    • Ski-Lifts reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including suspected or actual fraud.

    • The decision of Ski-Lifts is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    • By entering this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  13. Changes to Terms
    These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at the discretion of Ski-Lifts.
