Avoriaz Transfers – Welcome Centre vs Cable Car Drop Off

When booking a transfer to Avoriaz, it’s important to understand where your driver will drop you. There are two main arrival points: the Avoriaz Cable Car in Prodains or the Avoriaz Welcome Centre in the resort itself.

Avoriaz Cable Car (Prodains)

The Prodains Express cable car is located at the base of the mountain, about 10 minutes from Morzine. Many shared shuttles and some budget private transfers drop passengers here.

  • You take the cable car (around 5 minutes) up to Avoriaz resort.
  • Ideal if you are travelling light or within the cable car’s operating hours.
  • Additional cost: you need to purchase a cable car ticket.
