Much can be said about the bars in Morzine, anyone who has visited before will know their favourite and many of those who haven’t, will have heard of some of these bars already. A few to try are listed below, but there are many others that are well worth a visit.
The Cavern Bar – A lively bar, both for après ski and late into the night. Very popular with seasonaires.
The Tibetan Café – Eastern influenced décor, always busy and popular with holiday makers of all ages.
The Dixie Bar – Famous for its live Irish music, numerous big screens for live sport and pool tables. Made up of three separate bars, each with its own vibe and unique atmosphere.
Bar Robinson – hugely popular with holiday makers and seasonaires for après ski. The bar gets packed from about 5 till 8pm. Watch out for the beer of choice, Mutzig – you have been warned!
Bar National - in the quieter village of
St Jean D'Aulps, just down the road from Morzine, you'll find this bar. Friendly service, sky sports, pool table and free internet. Probably most famous though for its pizzas served every night from 6pm.
