A little village pops out in the infinity of the Italian Dolomites. With its Tirolean-style architecture, Selva is a village in Val Gardena where skiing interests the bold and more experienced.

Two gondolas rise from the village, carrying skiers toward two different locations. One is the Ciampinoi gondola, which leads skiers south from the town to ride the counterclockwise Sella Ronda route. The other brings skiers to the dextrorotary Sella Ronda route, which brings skiers closer to the nursery slopes.
